Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim;
SECTION 1. That the public interest and convenience
recuire and that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Anaheim to order the following described work to be
done in said City, to -wit; that ornamental street lights with
two -light pressed steel standards shall be installed on the
Southerly side of East Center 4treet ffom the Easterly line of
South Philadelphia Street produced .Northerly, to the pF`esterly line
of South Orange Street produced Northerly, and on the Northerly
side of East Center Street from the Easterly line of North phila-
delphia Street produced Southerly, to the Tfesterly line of North
Orange Street produced Southerly;
Also on both sides of 1 ,�Test Center Street from the
rTesterly line of North and South Clementine Streets extended across
;Nest Center Street, to the Easterly line of North and South
;palm Streets extended across s7est Center Street;
Also on both sides of North Los Angeles Street from

SECTION 2. Notice is hereby given that on Thursday,
the 8th day of October 1925 at the hour of eight

City of Anaheim, in the City Hall Building at No. 204 East
Center Street, in said City, any and all persons owning property
liable to be assessed for said work, and having objections to the
proposed work or improvement may appear before the Board of
Trustees of the City of Anal and show cause why said proposed
rork or improvement should not be carried out in accordance
with this resolution; provided all such protests must be in
writing and must be delivered to the City Clerk before the hour
set for hearing objections.
SECTION 3. That said Board of Trustees hereby
further determine that serial bonds shall be issued to represent
assessments of $25.00 or over for the cost and expense of said
work and improvement; and that said serial bonds shall extend
over a period of nine years from the 2nd day of January next
succeeding their date and an even annual proportion nf the
principal sum thereof shall be payable, by coupon, on the 2nd day
of January every year after their date, until the whole is Paid,
and the interest shall be payable semi-annually, by coupon, on the
_2nd days of January and July, respectively, of each year, at the rat4
