RESOLUTION
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
THAT WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees did-on the 11th day
of June, 1925, pass a resolution declaring that noxious or dan-
gerous weeds were growing upon, and in the parking space in front
of, certain property in the City of Anaheim, which property was
therein particularly described,and declaring the same to be a
nuisance, and,
WHEREAS, the 2nd day of July, 1925, at the hour of one
o'clock P. M., at the City Hall, was fixed in said resolution as
the time and place for hearing objections thereto, and
WHEREAS, Street Superintendent was instructed to post
notices on all of the property therein mentioned at least five
days before said hearing and,
IT APPEARI "N G, that such notices were duly and regularly
posted at least five days before said hearing, as appears by the
affidavit of E on file in the office of the City Clerk, and,
?WHEREAS, no person appeared at said hearing to object to
said proposed work, now therefore it is resolved:
First: That said Board of Trustees has acquired jurisdictio
to proceed and perform the work of removal of said weeds.
Second: The Street Superintendent is hereby ordered to
abate said nuisance by having the weeds referred to removed.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and attested
by me, this 2nd day of July, 1925.
