RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS FOR THE IMPROVE14ENT OF LINCOLN
AVENUE AND 'VEST CENTER STREET, AND CALLING FOR BIDS.
RESOLVED By THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TFE CITy OF
ANAHEIM:
Section 1. That those certain plans marked and
designated "Lincoln Avenue Improvement plan, Anaheim, California,
Street Improvement No. 36, Sheets 1 -A and 1 -B +t, and r Center
Street Improvement Plan, Anaheim, California, Street Improvement
No. 36, Sheets 2 and 3i prepared by the city engineer, be and
the same are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. That the city clerk of said city be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to publish a notice one a
week for a period of two weeks in the � rr _ , a news-
paper of general circulation, published in said City, calling
for sealed proposals or bids for the furnishing to said City of
all labor and materials in accordance with waid plans and in
accordance with those certain specifications entitled and de-
signated , Specifications No. 34, Series of 1924, for the Con -
structinn of Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, City of Anaheim,
California ", which were adopted at a regular meeting of the
Board of Trustees of said City of Anaheim, on the 25th day of
June, 1925. Said bids or proposals shall be received to
eight o 1 clock, P. M., of Thursday, the Z.3 ^ day of
1925 at the office of the City Clerk of said City.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and.
