RESOLV:3D BY THE BOARD Or TRU3T "' S O TH7;�3 CITY OF ANA_T
SECTION 1. That those certain plans and profiles marked
"Sewer System, .Anaheim, California, Profiles, Sewer xtension No.
35, Sheets 1 to 4, prepared by the City Engineer," which were fil-
ed in the office of the Cit of the City of Anaheim on the
day of December, 1924, be and the same are hereby adopted
as plans and profiles for the Sewer System of the City of Anaheim.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk of said City be, and he
is hereby authorized and directed to publish a notice once a week
for a period of two weeks in the Orange County Plain Dealer, a
newspaper of ;eneral circulation, published in said City, calling
for sealed proposals or bids for the furnishin; of work and mater -
ials to said City in accordance with said plans and profiles, and
in accordance with those certain specifications marked "dumber 32,
aeries 1924, for the Construction of Sanitary Sewers in the City
of Anaheim," which were adopted at a regular meetinv of the '3oard
of Trustees of said City of Anaheim on the 11th day of December,
1924. Said bids shall be received up to ei:7ht o'clock F. 1. of
Thursday, the 22nd day of January, 1925, at the office of the City
Clerk of said City.
SECTION 3. Each bid must be accompanied bv a certified
check in an amount equal to not less than ten per cent of the
amount of such bid, or by a bond. in like amount, executed by two
sureties, who shall justify in double the amount of said bond in
the manner required by law, or by a corporate surety duly quali-
fied to execute such bond.
SECTION 4. The successful bidder must, within ten days
after the acceptance of his bid, execute an agreement with the
City of Anaheim for the furnishin:z of said labor and materials
in accordance with the plans, profiles and specifications on file
in the office of the City ^dirk of said City, and bond in the pen

al sum equal to fifty per cent of the contract price conditioned
upon the faithful performance of such agreement. `Duch bond shall
be executed by at least two good and sufficient sureties who shal
justify in double the amount of bond in unencumbered property EJit
in the Ctate of California, or by a corporate surety, as provided
by law. auch bond shall be subject to the approval of the 3oard
of Trustees of the City of Anaheim.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Inaheim reserves th
rigrht to reject any and all bids.
