WHEREAS, The Byron Jackson Pump Manufacturing Company,
has offered in writing to rescind and cancel contract and demand
made in compliance with a Notice Calling for Bids for the furnish-
ing and installation of one water pump nine-hundred gallon per min-
ute against one-hundred-ten foot head, executed on October 9, 1924;
and
WHEREAS, it is to the beat interest of said City that
the Resolution Calling for Bids, Notice Inviting Bids, Resolution
Awarding Contract to The Byron Jackson Pump Manufacturing Company,
and Contract with the Byron Jackson Pump Manufacturing Company, be
rescinded and cancelled.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said Resolution Cal-
ling for Bids, Notice Inviting Bid8, Resolution Awarding Contract
to The Byron Jackson Pump Manufacturing Company, and Contract with
The Byron Jackson Pump Manufacturing Company, be and the same is
hereby rescinded and cancelled.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and atteste'
