RESOLUTION.

RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM;
.SECTION 1. WHEREAS, George L. West and :Sarah N. West
have heretofore exeouted and delivered to the City of Anaheim a
deed to certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows,
to -wit:
The Easterly Eight ( 8 ) feet of Lot
Forty -one (41) , Original flat of
Anaheim, to be used for street pur-
poses.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, the best interest and convenience
of said City will be served by accepting said property to be used
for street purposes.
SECTION 3, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of
Anaheim accept said property and deed thereto.
SECTION 4. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk
of the City of Anaheim is authorized to place said deed on record
in the Recorder's Office, County of Orange, State of California.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and attests
by me this 23rd day of October, 1924.
