RESOLUT
i If
WHEREAS, R. F. Brown, has offered in writing to rescind
and cancel contract and demand made in compliance with a Notice
Calling for Bids for the furnishing and installation of stove pipe
casing, executed on October 9, 1924.
WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of a aid City that
the Resolution Calling for Bids, Notice Inviting Bids, Resolution
Awarding Contract to R. F. Brown, an& Contract with R. F. Brown
be rescinded and cancelled.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that said Resolution Cal-
ling for, Bids, Notice Inviting Bids, Resolution Awarding Contract
to R. F. Brown and Contract with R. F. Brown, be and the same is
hereby rescinded and cancelled.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and atteste
by me, this 23rd day of October, 1924.
