RESOLUTION AWARDING' CONTRACT FOR STOVE PIPE CASING.
in accordance with a notice calling for bids ,
WHEREAS 9 0
for the furnishing of stove pipe casing for a certain well and the
installation of same, in accordance with plans and specifications
as set forth in a certain notice calling for bids dated 3eptember
26 1924, published in the Orange County Plain Dealer, as required
by law, certain bids for said pp were re eived, and
NFEREAS said bids were publicly opened and read as pro-
vided by law, on the 9th day of October, 1924, by the Board of Trus-
tees of the City of Anaheim, and
-4EEREA3 9 it appears to said Board of Trustees that the
bid of R. F. Brown is the lowest responsible bid, and that said
bidder is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, said Board of Tra.-stees of the City of Ana .
heim does hereby resolve: That the bid of said R. F. Brown be ac-
cepted, and the contract for the furnishing of said stove pipe,
ing and completion of said work be awarded to said bidder.
AND IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the bonds of the unsuc-
cessful bidders be returned to them by the Clerk, and that the Cit3
Attorney be and he is hereby instructed to prepare the necessary
contract for said work.
