RESOLUTION NO. 72R-482

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANaHEIM i\MENDING 1\ND !TABLISHING MTES
OF COMPENSATION !"OR VARI US JOB CLASSES, AND
SUPERSEDING PORTIONS OF SOLUTION NO. 7lR-471,
AND AMENDMENTS THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are. now employed or wUl in the
future be employed in any of the classif1cationsof employment listed
below shall be allocated to salary schedules as follows:

SECTION 2.
The letter "X" preceding a schedule number indicates that
employees working in that job class are exempt from overtime provisions,
a$ provided in Personnel Rule 6.04, Premium Pay.
SECTION 3.
The regular hourly rate of pay and overtime compensation for
employees working in job classes listed in Section 1 of this Resolution
shall be computed as provided in Personnel Rule 5, Hours of Work and
Pay Day and Personnel Rule 6, Premium Pay.
SECTION 4.
The provisions of this Resolution shall supersede portions
of Resolution No. 71R-471 and amendments thereto.
SECTION 5.
1972.
The effective date of this Resolution shall be October 6,
