RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 479
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 63R-9l0,
PERSONNEL RULE NO. 29 - OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
that Personnel Rule No. 29 - OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"RULE 29. OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT
Section 29.0 An employee in the classified service may
engage in employment other than his job with the City of
Anaheim, if his department head determines that such
outside employment does not interfere with the performance
of assigned duties and does not constitute a conflict of
interest. "
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution is not applicable
to employees in the following jOb classes, and the provisions of
Resolution No. 63R-910 shall remain in full force and effect for
such job classes:
