R~SOLUTION NO. 72R-473
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AN~~IM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes; and
W~REAS, the owner of said property has offered to
convey the same to the City; and
~~REAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City
of Anaheim to accept a Grant Deed for said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of MERCHANTS NATIONAL
REALTY CORPORATION, a Delaware Corporatlon, to convey to the
City of Anaheim the following described real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for municipal purposes, and more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Resubdivision of the northerly
part of Block A of the Center Tract, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 3, page 22 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a con-
veyance of said property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 19th day of October, 1972.
