A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAIIED~ AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERl< TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT EMPLOYING
HERMAN Kn~~EL & ASSOCIATES AS CONSULTANTS FOR
TOPICS PROJECT.
\iHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of consulting
services for the purpose of preparing traffic signal construction
and modification plans to cover approximately 57 intersections
in the City in connection with a TOPICS Project; and
\vtIEREAS, Herman Kimmel & Associates are qualified to
render such services for the preparation of all required TOPICS
contract documents, reports and necessary agreements within the
time allowed by the State deadlines for TOPICS Project submittal;
and
vffiEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
nON, THEREFORE, BE 1'1' RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an ag~eement
employing Herman Kimmel & Associates as consultants for the
TOPICS Project be, and the same are hereby approved.

and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
