OF ANAEEI!1 DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND A'Jl'J'JDON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND FIXING
A DATE FOR HEARING THEREO~T.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed under the provisions of the Street Vacation
Act of 1941 in connection with a request for vacation and aban-
dOlliuent of certain real property hereinafter described, subject
to the following conditions:
1. It will be necessary to reserve public utility ease-
ments and an easement for sanitarv sewer nurnoses to

accommodate existing facilities.
2. Applicant must dedicate an additional 5-foot public
utility easement and install vertical pipe type
bumpers to protect existing electrical facilities
at no cost to the City of Anaheim in accordance with
requirements of Electrical Division.
NOW, THEREFOP~, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheirn that it hereby declares its intention to
vacate, abandon and close to public use a portion of an exist-
ing alley located north of Lincoln, west of Resh Street, as it
may relate to the following described property situated in the
City of Anaheim, Countv of Orange, and State of California, to
wit:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 8 of Block
3 in Resh's Subdivision of a part of Vineyard Lot D-6,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, page 92, Misc-
ellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; thence
Hesterly along the sou.therly line of said Lot 8, a
distance of 122 feet; thence Southerly parallel with
the west line of said Lot 8, a distance of 14 feet to
an intersection with the north line of Lot 11 in Block
3 of said Resli's SWJdivision; thence Easterly along
a portion of the north line of Lots 12 and 13, all in
Block 3 of said ~esh's Sw)division to the northeast
corner of said Lot 13: thence Northerly parallel with
the \vesterly right of way line of Resh's Street, a
distance of 14 feet to the point of beginning.
Reserving ther(~from an easement for public utility
purposes and an easement for sanitary sewer line over,
under, along and across t;le entire parcel above des-

maintain existing facilities.
and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 1941, subject to the conditions hereinabove
stated.

and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
