RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF ANAHEIM:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, George L. West and Sarah N. West
have herotofore executed and delivered an option to buy certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim and described as
follows, to -wit:
All of Lot Forty -one (41), and the
Easterly 52 feet of Lot Forty -two
(42), of the Original Plat of the
City of Anaheim, California, as shorn
by a Map recorded in Book 4, Pages
629 and 630, records of Los Angeles
County, California,
to said City of Anaheim, which said option was filed for record
in the County Recorder's Office of the County of Orange, State of
California, and is indicated upon Registaris Certificate of Title
Number 127; and

that said City execute to them a Quitcl& Deed to release said

SECTIW 3. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the President
of the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, and the City Cler
of said City, be, and they are hereby authorized and directed, as
soon as this Resolution shall take effect, to execute and deliver
u nto said George L. Nest and Sarah N. West, a Quitclaim Deed in
and to said real roperty hereinbefore described.c.,x./J £
SECTION 4, BE IT FURTHEI� I OCT D, that the President
of the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, and the City Clem
of said City, be, and they are hereby authorized and directed, as
soon as this Resolution shall take effect, to execute and deliver
unto said George L. 'Rest and Sarah N. Meet, a Transferree's Affi-
davit and Receipt in and to said real property hereinbefore des
