RESOLUTION.
(Adopting specifications and calling for bids)
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM-.
1. That those certain specifications marked
which were filed in the office of the
City Clerk of the City of Anaheim on the EL:i d.ay of
1924, be, and the same are hereby adopted a' g
2. That the City Clem of said City be g and he is here-
by authorized amd directed tt► publish a notice for a period of two
weeks in the
it , a newspaper of general circulation,
published in said City, calling for sealed proposals or bids for

in accordance with said specifications, to said City.
Said bids shall be received at the office of the City Clerk of sai
City up to eight o =olock F. .M of Thursday, the day of Octo
ber 1924.
Said Notice shall require the bidders to state the name
of manufacturer and time of delivery.
3. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check in
an amount equal to not less than ten per cent of the amount of sae
bid, or by a bond in like amount, executed by two sureties, who
shall Justify in double the amount of said bond in the manner re-
quired by law, or by a corporate surety duly qualified to execute
such bond.
4, The successful bidder must, within ten days after the
acceptance of his d,, exec xte an agreement with the City of Ana-
heim for the delivery of said

ten days after the execution of said agreement, and a bond in the
penal sum equal to fifty per cent of the contract price conditions
upon the faithful performance of such agreement. Such bond shall
be executed by at least two good and sufficient sureties who shall
justify in doable the amount of bond in unencumbered property with
in the State of California, or by a corporate surety, as provided
by law. Such bond shall be subject to the approval of the Board
of Trustees of the City of Anaheim.
The board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim reserves th
right to re ject any and all bids.
The foregoing Resolution is signed, approved and atteste
by sae this 25th day of September, 1924.
