(Adopting specifications and calling for bids)
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUMES OF TEE C ITY OF ANAHEIM.-
1. That those certain specifications marked

which were filed in the office of the
City Clerk of the City of Anaheim on th*A ,, �� day of
1924, be, and the same are hereby ado pted

2. That the City Clerk of said City be, and he is hare-
by authorized end dir to pu fish a notice for a period of two'
weeks in the € newspaper of ,general circulation,
published in said City, calling for sealed proposals or bids for
the furnishing of 6?
, in accordance with said specifications, to said City.
Said bids shell be received at the office of the City Clerk of cai

Said Notice shall require the bidders to state the name
of manufacturer and time of delivery.
3. Rath bid must be accompanied by a certified check in

bid, or by a bond in like amount, executed by two sureties, who

manner re-
quired
by law,
or by a
corporate surety duly qualified
to execute
such bond.
4. The successful bidder must, within ten days after the
acceptance of

an agreement
with the City of Ana-
heim for the
delivery

ten days after the execution of said agreement, and a band in the
penal sum equal to fifty per cent of the contract pride ceonditione
upon the faithful performance of such agreement. Such bond shall
be executed by at least two good and sufficient sureties who shall
justify in dotble the amount of band in mencumberedt property with
in the State of California, or by a corporate surety, as provided
by taw. Such bond shall be subjeot to the approval of the hoard
of Trustees of the City of Anaheim.
The board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim reserves tb,
right to reject any and all bids.
The foregoing Resolution is signed, approved and atteste
by me this 25th day of September, 1924.
