A resolution of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim consenting to the vesting in Placentia Sanitary District,
Garden Grove Sanitary District and La Habra Sanitary District,
permanent right to use the joint outfall sewer line constructed by
said cities and the City of Fullerton.
Whereas, it appears to be for the interest, benefit and
advantage of the cities of Fullerton, Anaheim and Orange to vest
in Placentia Sanitary District, Garden Grove Sanitary District, and
La Habra Sanitary District the permanent right to use a certain
percentage of the capacity of the outfall .sewer pipe line now
constructed and to receive fro-: said Sanitary Districts a portion
of the costs of the construction thereof.
RESOLVED: That the City of Anaheim does hereby consent,
in consideration of like consent on the part of the , cities of
Fullerton and Orange, to the vesting in Placentia Sanitary District
Garden Grove Sanitary District and La Habra Sanitary District the
permanent right to use a percentage of the capacity of the outfall
sewer upon payment therefor and to the execution and delivery of a
joint agreement for that purpose.
Also consenting to the vesting in La Habra Sanitary
District of the permanent right to use a certain percentage of the
sewer treatment plant and joint outfall sewer pipe li in
consideration that the Cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton and
Orange give like consent.
The President of the Board of Trustees and the Clerk of
the City of Anaheim are hereby directed and authorized to execute
and deliver such joint agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
introduced, considered and passed by the Board of Trustees of the
City of Anaheimm at a meeting thereof held on the __!�_ day of
August, 1924.
