SECTION 1.
That the public
interest
and convenience of
the City of Anaheim
demands that
said
City sell
and convey to
Chas. Terry the follnwing described personal property vaned by the
City of Anaheim, to-wit: 1 Chuse Steam Engine generating set, con•
sisting of Chuse Cross Compound steam engine No, 873; H. P. 14 x
17; L. P, 22 x 17, direct connected to a Westing-house 150 K. V. A
2200 volt, 60 cycle, 3 phase alterator, with 10 K. W, exciter, and
marble generating panel with oil switch and instruments.
SECTION 2. That the President of the Board of Trustees

of the City of Anaheim, and the City Clerk of said City, be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed, as soon as this Resolu-
tion shall take effect, to execute and deliver unto said Chas.
Terry, a good and sufficient Bill of Sale, granting and conveying
unto said Chas. Terry, all of the right, title and interest of
the said City of Anaheim, in and to said personal property herein-
before described, upon the payment to the said City of Anaheim,
by the said Chas. Terry, of the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred
