RESOLUTION CLOSING UP A PORTION OF NEST CHARTRES STREET BETWEEN
PALM STREET AND RE3.q STREET, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
RESOLVED BY TIE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TnI CITY OF ANAHEIM:
WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees did on the 26th day of
October, 1922, pass and adopt it's Resolution of Intention #166,
providing for the aband6ning and closing up of a certain portion
of Test Chartres Street between Palm Street and Resh Street in
said City, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 413.75 feet Northerly and 160,25 feet West.
Orly from the Southeasterly corner of Vineyard Lot "1).6", as
shown on a map recorded in Book 4 of Deeds, Pages 629 and 630,
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, and
running thence Westerly parallel with the Southerly line of said
Lot "D-6" 524,33 feet, more or less, to the Southeasterly corner
of Lot 8, Block 2, Reah's Subdivision, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 4, Page 92 of 1iliscellaneous JAaps, Records of
Orange County, California, thence Northerly along the easterly
line of said Lot 8, 13.25 feet; thence Easterly parallel to the
Southerly line of said Lot "D.6" 524.33 feet, thence Southerly
parallel to the Easterly line of said Lot "D.,6"13,25 feet to the
point of beginning.
WHEREAS, said public improvement has been fully complete
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anaheim:
SECTION 1. That said portion of said street is closed
up and abandoned.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and attes-
ted by me, this 12th day of June, 1924.
