RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF P21A4.EIM:
SECTION 1: That whereas, Section 1 of Ordinance #92 of
the City of Anaheim requires all persons who own or control any
real property in said City to keep the street or streets, sidewalk
and curbing, upon which the real property is located free from,
and remove all weeds and obnoxious ve- atation, up to the center
line of such str -eet or streets.
SECTION 2:
,That the
City Clerk
of the City
of
Anaheim
be directed and he
is hereby
directed to
give notice
to
all per-
sons owning or controlling any real property within said City, to
remove all weeds and obnoxious vegatation from the sidewalk, curb-
ing and street or streets up to the center line of such street or
streets, by publeation in The Orange County Plain Dealer, a news-
paper of general circulation, printed and and DuDlished in said
City, for a period of three (3) successive issues, and if said
notice is not complied with within ten (10) days after first pub -
lication thereof, that said City of Anaheim will eradicate and
remove, at the expense of said person owning or controlling any
real property in said City, all weeds and obnoxious vegetation
which may be on said sidewalks, curbing and street or streets.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and attested
by me, this 22nd day of flay, 1924.
