RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AITAUEI14:
SECTION 1. That the public interest and convenience re-
quire, and the Board of 'Trustees of the City of Anaheim, pursuant
to Resolution of Intention #181, of the Board of Trustees of the
City of Anaheim, which said Resolution of Intention #181, was
duly passed and adopted by said Board of Trustees on the 10th day
of April, 1924, hereby orders the following described street work
to be done in said City, to -wit:
That a certain eighteen (18) f oot alley running Easterly
and 0testerly through Block "D ", Heimann and Sorensen's Addition,
as shown on the map recorded in Book 8, Page 144, Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California, to be closed up in
part, and
That a certain eighteen (18) foot alley running Northerl
and Southerly through the Southerly portion of Block "D" o f the
Heimann and Sorensen Addition, as shown on said map, be closed up
SECTION 2. That the land deemed necessary to be taken
therefore and those portions of said alleys herein proposed to be
closed up are situate in said City of Anaheim, and are described
as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 1, B100k
D. Heimann and Sorensen' s Addition, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 3, Page 144, Miscellaneous Records of Loa .Angeles County,
California; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of said Lot
1 and along the Southerly line of rots 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of said

Burch 6, 1889, and the several acts amendatory thereof and sup -

plementary thereto.

The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the

Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim on the day of
