RESOLUTION DETMINING THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES HAS ACQUIRED JURISDICTION TO ORDER THE ID ING OF THE WORK. WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim did, on the 10th day of April, 1924, pass and adopt its Resoluti of Intention #181 to order the following described street work to be done in said City, to -wit: That a certain eighteen (18 ) foot alley running Easterly and Westerly through Block "D ", Heimann and Sorensen''s Addition, as shown on the map recorded in Book 3, Page 144, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, to be closed up in part, and That a certain eighteen (18 ) foot alley running Northerl; and Southerly through the Southerly portion of Block "D" of the Heimann and Sorenson's Addition, as shown on said map, be closed up, and WHEREAS, after the adoption of said Resolution of Inten- tion, the Street Superintendent of said City did cause to be con- spicuously posted along the said line of said contemplated work or improvement, at the time, in the manner and the form provided by law, notice of the passage of said Resolution of Intention #187 as will more fully appear from the affidavit of Clyde D. Butler, on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, and WHEREAS, said Street Superintendent did, at the time, and in the manner required by law, cause a notice similar in sub- stance to be published for a period of not leas than ten days in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, as will more fully appear from the affidavit of Lotus H. Loudon, on file in the office of V4" (1) *90 ,, d Z W o W U Z the City Clerk of said City, and WHEREAS, no person or - persons interested in said work or improvement did thereafter make written objection to the same, in the manner required by law,or otherwise. ii 4 Now 1 2HEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTE, 5 OF THE C ITY OF ANAHEIM: 6 SECTION 1. That all acts and things required by law to 7 11 be done to vest said Board of Trustees with jurisdiction to order 8 the doing of said work have been done and complied with, 9 SECTION 2.
