RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR SEWER CONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, in accordance with a notice calling for bids
for the construction of sanitary sewers, in accordance with plans
and specifications as set forth in a certain notice calling for
bids, dated March 4, 1924, published in the Anaheim Daily Herald,
certain bids for said work were received, and
WHEREAS, said bids ivere publicly opened and read, as
provided by law, on the 27th day of March, 1924, by the Board of
Trustees of the CitYof Anaheim, and
WHEREAS, it appeare to said Board of Trustees that the
bid of Nicholas Chutuk and Leo Vuksich is the lowest responsible
bid and that said bidders are the lowest responsible bidders,
NOW THEREFORE, said Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim does hereby resolve: that the bid of said Nicholas
Chutuk and Leo Vuksich be accepted and the contract for the

construction and completion of said work be awarded to said
bidders.
And it is further resolved that the bonds of the
unsuccessful bidders be returned to them by the Clerk, and. that
the City Attorney be and he is hereby instructed to prepare the
necessary contract for said work.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and
attested by me, this 2-7 41- day of 1924.
