RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF

ANAHEIM:

That whereas, said City of Anaheim is the owner of a

certain steam engine and generator for which it has no further
6

use, and

Whereas, said City has been offered the sum of Twelve
Hundred ($1,200.00) Dollars for the same,
Now Therefore, it is hereby resolved that the sale of
10
said personal property, at said price, will be for the best
11
interests of City.

Be it further resolved that the President of said

Board of Trustees and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby
14:
authroized to execute and deliver a bill of sale of said per-
15
sonal property to the purchaser upon receiving the price here-
16
inbefore mentioned.

The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and

attested by me, this 13th day of March, 1924.
