RESOLUTION GFANTI'NG A'SID SUSTAINING OBJZCTIONS.
Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim,
on the 13th day of a.arch, 1924, passed. a�nd adopted its Resolution
of Intention yo. 180, entitled 11 A resolution of the Board. of
Trustees of the City of Anaheinci declarinFe: its intention to order
the installation of ornamental street lip- on South Claudina
Street, in the 'City of Anaheim,fl and
Whereas, thereafter certain owners of property to be
assessed for said irmorovement filed their written protest against
said pro3osed ivork whic written protest was in form and manner
as provided by lair, and. it appears that said protest is made by
the owners of more than one-half of the area of the property to
be assessed for said improvement,
Now Therefore, be it resolved by the .:said Board of
Trustees that the said protest be and the same is hereby sustain-
ed and granted, and be it further resolved that no further action
shall be taken in the - matter of said proposed improvement for a
period of six months from the date of the passage of this
resolution.
The forego ing resolution is signed, approved and
attested by me, this /0 az_ day of April, 1024.
