SECTION 1. That the public interest and convenience
recuire and the 3oard.of Trustees of the ity of Anaheim, 'our-
suant to Resolution of Intention NO. 179 of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anaheim which said Resolution of Intention No.
179 was duly passed and adopted by said Board of Trustees on the
28th day of February, 1924, hereby orders the following described
