did., on the 28th day of February, 1924, pass and. adopt its
Resolution of Intention !To. 179 to .)rder the followinp- described

17HEREAS, after the adoption of said Resolution of In-
tention, the Street Superintendent of said City did cause to be
conspicuously posted along the said line of said contemplated
work or improvement, at the ti? ?e, in the manner and in the form
provided by law, notice of the passa�`°e of said Resolution of In-
tention No. 179, as will more fully appear from the affidavit of
0. E. Sterard, on file in the office of the City Clerk of said
City, and
WHEREAS, said Street Superintendent did, at the time
and in the manner required by law, cause a notice similar in
substance to be published for a period of not less than ten days
in the Anaheim Daily Herald, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in said. City, as will more
fully appear from the affidavit of on
file in the office of the City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, after the publication and posting of notice of
said Resolution of Intention, and within the time specified by

which objections were filed in the office of the City Clerk of
said City on the - day of 2uo,,,4- 2 1924, and
WHEREAS, said written objections iroere at the next
meeting of said Board. Of Trustees laid before said Board of
Trustees by the Clerk of said City, and
I s =HREAS, -L Board of Trustees thereupon fixed Thurs-
day, the 10th day of April, 1924, at the hour of eight o'clock
P. II.I., at the chamber room of the Board of Trustees of said City,
in the City Hall Building, at No. 204 EastCenter Street, in the
City of Anahei-,, California, as the time and place for hearing
said objections, and said objections coming on now regularly to
be heard, and it appearing that notice of said hearing was duly
given said objectors, in all respects as required by law, and
said objections being laid- before and beinp- duly considered. by
said Board of Trustees, said Board of Trustees now finds that
said objections are without merit.
NCIT THEREVORE, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees:
Section 1. That said objections are hereby overruled.
Section 2. That all acts and things required by law to
be done to vest said Board of Trustees with jurisdiction to order
the doing of said work have been done and complied with.
Section 3. That said Board of Trustees does hereby
find and determine that it has acquired jurisdiction to order the
doing of said work, in accordance with said Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 179.
The foregoing Resolution is si=ed, approved and
attested by me, this 10 day of April, 1924.
