RESOLUTION NO. 72R-453
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT EMPLOYING
TOUPS ENGINEERING, INC. AS WATER FEASIBILITY
CONSULTING ENGINEERS.
WHEREAS, a report concerning the feasibility of
establishing a water well field from the Utilities Director
was submitted to the City Council at the Council Meeting of
October 3, 1972; and
WHEREAS, said report recommended that the City of
Anaheim employ Toups Engineering, Inc. to represent the City
as Consulting Engineers to determine the feasibility of such
water well field; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
employing Toups Engineering, Inc. to determine the feasibility
of a water well field as Consulting Engineers be, and the same
are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directsd to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of OctOber, 1972.
