RESOLUTION FIXING TIME FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS.
WHEREAS, the Board. of Trustees of the City of Anaheim,
on the 28th day of February, 1924, passed and adopted its
Resolution of Intention No. 179

1 within the time provided by law, aue of the
persons interested in said work or improvement, to -wit; _
All. i'�i�;�fil written objection to
said proposed work or improvement, and said. objection being on
this day laid before said Board. of Trustees by the Clerk of said
Board.,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by said Board of Trustees I,
that Thursday, the 10th day of April, 1924, at the hour of eight
o'clock P. M., be and the same is hereby fixed as the time for
hearing said objection.
25 Be it further resolved that the City Clerk be and. he is
26 I� hereby instructed to notify the personsmaking such objection by
27 depositing a notice thereof in the postoffice of said City, post-
28 age prepaid, addressed to such objectors.
