RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES HAS
ACQUIRED JURISDICTION TO CRD7 7 DOT"TG OF THE 1,7 1 , 'ORX.
VIHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim
did, on the 10thday of January, 1924, pass and adopt its
Resolution of Intention No. 177, to order the following street
work to be done in said City, to "wit:
And in said Resolution of Intention made the expenses
of said work and improvement chargeable upon a district, which
said Resolution of Intention is hereby ref6rred to-for a descrip-
tion of the work and irnprovenent and. ti assessment district, and
1-I.FHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention did contain a
notice of the day, hour and place where any and. all persons hav-
in- any objections to the seid proprwd work or improvement may

appear before said Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim and
show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried
out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 177, and
1 , 11 HEREAS, Thursday, the 31st day of January, 1924, at
the hour of four otclock P. M. was therein designated as the day
and time when, and the chamber of the Board of Trustees of the
City of Anaheim, in the City Fall Building, at No. 204 East
Center Street, in said City, ras therein designated as t1 place
where any and all such persons might appear before said Board
of Trustees and show cause as aforesaid, and.
7HEREAS, thereafter, pursuant to law and. to said Re-
