RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS AND CALLING FOR NEW BIDS. Whereas, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 176, the City Clerk caused notice to be published, calling for bids for the work described in said Resolution of Intention, and Whereas, all bids received in response to said notice were publicly opened by the Board of Trustees of said City, at the hour of eight o'clock P.M., on Thursday, the 28th day of February, 1924, and. Whereas, it appears to said Board of Trustees that all of said bids are excessive and that it would be for the best interests of said City to reject all of said bids and to call for new bids, Therefore be it resolved by said Board of Trustees that all of said bids hereinbefore mentioned be and they are hereby rejected. Be it further resolved that the City Clerk be and he is hereby instructed to re- advertise for bids for said work. The foregoing Resolution is signed, approved and attested by me, this 13th day of March, 1924.
