7HEREAS, the Board Trustees rustees of the City of Anaheim
did, on the 10th day of January, 1924, pass and adopt its
Resolution of Intention No. 176, to order the follo17,1.n;r street
work to be done in said City, to-ir..rit:

And in said Resolution of Intention made the expenses
of said work and improvement chargeable upon a district, which
said. Resolution of Intention is hereby referred to for a descrip-
tion of the work and improvement and the assessment district, and
11 1 1 H�' , _'REAS, said.. Fecolution of Intention did contain a
notice of the day, hour and place where any and all persons hav-
ing any objections to the said proposed work or improvement may
appear before said Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim and
show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried
out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 176, and
1 , 1 11, 1 1HEREAS, Thursday, the 31st day of January, 191 at
the hour of four o'clock P. 1.1. was therein designated ase the day
and. time when, and the chamber of the Board of Trustees of the
City of Anaheim, in thle City Hall Building, at No. 204 East
Center Street, in said City, was therein designated as the place
