RESOLUTION REJECTIKG BIDS.
, !herea,s, the Roard of Trustees of the City of Anaheim
having in open session, on the 27th day of 1. 1924, opened,
examined and publicly decl�-..red all sealed proposals or bids offer-
ed for the installation of orn-cmental lights, as vro for and.
set forth in its Resolution of Intention No. 175, and it appearing
that all of said bids are excessive,
Now Therefore, said. Board of Trustees, deeming it for
the public good., hereby resolves:
That all of said pro or bids be and the same are
hereby rejected.
Be it further resolved that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby instructed to return all certified chec'41s and bonds to the
res bidders.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and
attested by me, this 10 day Of April, 1924.
