WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim
did, on the 10th day of January, 1924, pass and adopt its
Resolution of Intention No. 175, to order the following street
work to be done in said. City, to-grit:

And in said Resolution of Intention madd the expenses
of said work and improvement chargeable upon a district, which
i said Resolution of Intention is hereby referred to for a descrip
tion of the work and iihprovement and. the assessment district,
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention did contain a
notice of the day, hour and. - place where any and all persons hav-
ing.any objections to the said proposed vrork or improvement may
appear before said- Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim and
show cause why said. proposed. improvement should not be carried
out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 175, and
WHEREAS, Thursday, the 31st day of January, 1924, at
the hour of four o'clock P. M. was therein designated as the day
and time when,and the chamber of the Board of Trustees of the
City of
Anaheim, in the CitU Hall Building, at No. 204 East
�� Center Street, in said0ity, was t designated as the place

where any and all of such persons might appear before said. Board
of Trustees & shove cause as aforesaid, and

newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circula
ed in said City, as will - iore fully appear from the affidavit of

Clerk of the City of Anaheim, and
'YHEIREAS after the adoption ption of said resolution of In-
tention, the Street Superintendent did cause to be conspicuously
posted along the line of said contemplated. worl, or improvement,
at the time and in the form a.nd manner prescribed by law, notices
of the passap:e of said Resolution of Intention xo. 175, as will
more fully appear from the affidavit of �_(` ,Q, `� ����
on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim,
and
'71HEIREAS, thereafter no o of property liable to be
assessed for said work did make written protest against the pro-
posed work, within the time prescribed by law, or otherwise,
NOT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRSETEES
OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI14:
Section 1. That all acts and things required by law to
be done to vest said Board of Trustees with jurisdiction to order
the doing of said work T-aire been done and complied with.
Section 2. That said Board of Trustees does hereby find
and deter that it has acquired jurisdiction to order the Join
of said work in accordance r.,rith said- Resolution of Intention
1�o. 175.
The foregoing Resolution is signed, a.piroved and
