Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of

Anaheim:
That whereas, said Board of Trustees, on the 13th day

of December, 1923, passed and adopted a resolution entitled "A

resolution of the Board of TruEtess of the City of Anaheim declar-
ing its intention to order the installation of ornamental street*

lights in the City of Anaheim," being Resolution of Intention

No. 174.

Now Therefore, said Board of Trustees hereby rescinds a:
