RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM:

SECTION 1. That whereas, on the A day of
1923, said Board of Trustees, by resolution, rejected all bids
and proposals for furnishing to said City of Anaheim of 100
35 -foot red cedar poles with 7 -inch tops, in accordance with
specifications therefor adopted by said Board of Trustees on
the 23rd day of October, 1919, which said specifications are
on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City,
NON, THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare and determine that, in its opinion,
said poles may be bought at a lower price in the open market,
and that it is hereby ordered and resolved. that said poles be
purchased in the open market, as provided by law.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and
attested by me, this z.S" day of October, 1923.
