02/21/1923-007RESOLUTION CLOSING AND ABANDONING ALLEY.
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
That whereas, said Board of Trustees did on the 39th
day of December, 1922, pass and adopt it's Resolution of
Intention too. 189, providing ftr_thiv - ndoning of h certain
eighteen foot (18ft.) alley running through the Scenic Tract
And whereas, said public improvement has been completed.
Now Therefore, said Board of Trusteec hereby declares
said alley to be closed up and abandoned.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and
attested by me, this 21st day of February, 1924.
