A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT EMPLOYING
DANIEL, MANN, JOHNSON AND MENDENHALL AS CON-
sULTING ENGINEERS IN CONNECTION WITH THE
NORTH AND WEST DISTRIBUTION SUBSTATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim owns and operates an
electrical distribution system; and
WHEREAS, City is presently acquiring additional
electric services from the Southern California Edison Company; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to design and construct two
66-KV - 12-KV substations to implement the acquisition of said
electrical services; and
WHEREAS, Daniel, Mann, Johnson and Mendenhall have
subrnitted a proposal to perform said design services under date
of September 19, 1972, the terms and conditions of which are
satisfactory to City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
employing Daniel, Mann, Johnson and Mendenhall to design two
66-KV - 12-KV substations to be integrated on City's electrical
distribution system be, and the same are, hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 26th day of September, 1972.
