RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 433
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PLACENTIA
UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A STREET AND PROVIDING
DEDICATION THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the Placentia Unified School District owns
certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheirn and the Placentia Unified
School District desire to construct a road for street and public
utility purposes over said real property; and
WHEREAS, the Placentia Unified School District desires
to dedicate an easement for road and public utility purposes,
and the City of Anaheim desires to pay for a portion of the costs
of said road pursuant to that certain agreement subrnitted
herewith; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to execute said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the agreement this day submitted to
the City Council providing for the dedication of an easement
for road and public utility purposes to the City and providing
for the use of certain land of the City for road and public
utility purposes with provisions for payment of the costs thereof
be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
