A RESOLU'l'ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE ~~YOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE THAT CERTAIN RIGHT OF WAY CONTRACT
WITH THE S'I'l,TE OF CALIFORNIA (West side of
Douglas Road, South of Katella).
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the construction of
Route 57 - Orange Freeway, the City of Anaheim has granted
a twenty foot easement for drainage purposes to the State
of Californ~a; and
WHEREAS, in connection therewith, the State has
submitted a right of way contract authorizing, among other
things, the payment of $200.00 to the City of Anaheim in
consideration for said easement; and
v.JHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said con-
tract and finds that it would be in the best interests of
the City to execute the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the Cit:r of A..'1aheim that the Hayor and City Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf
of the City that certain right of way contract with the State
of California being designated as No. 032019.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said right of ~vay con-
tract be transmitted to the office of the Right of Way Division
of the City of Anaheim for transmittal to the State of California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
