IN THE MATTER OF CLOSING UP AND ABANDONING AN 18 -FOOT ALLEY IN
THE SCENIC TRACT AND ALSO THE OPENING AND EXTENDING OF A 15 -FOOT
ALLEY IN SAID SCENIC TRACT.
RESOLUTION RESCINDING ACTION OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES IN PASSING RE-
SOLUTION ORDERING NEW ASSESSMENT.
Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim;
Whereas, F. B. Roberts heretofore filed his written
objection to the confirmation of the commissioners' report,
assessment and plat heretofore filed in the above matter, and
Whereas, said objection of F. B. Robed has been here-
tofore sustained by said Board of Trustees, and
Whereas, said Board of Trustees, on the 11th day of
October, 1923, passed a resolution sustaining said written ob-
jection and rejecting said commissioners report, assessment
and plat, and ordering said commissioners to make a new assess-
meat, report and plat in said matter, and
Whereas, said F. B. Roberts has, on this day, filed
written
a written withdrawal of said objection, together with a /request
that said commissioners report, assessment and plat be approved
and it appearing that no new assessment, report or plat is
therefore necessary;
it is therefore hereby ordered that said resolution
ordering a new assessment be and the same is hereby rescinded
and set aside.
And it appearing that due and legal notice of the
filing of said report, assessment and plat has been given, in
all respeots as required by law, and that no written objectiong,
other than said objection hereinbefore mentioned, have been
filed;
Therefore be it further resolved by said Board of
Trustees that said commissioners' report, assessment and plat
be and the same are hereby, by said Board of Trustees of the
City of Anaheim, confirmed, adopted and approved.

And be it further resolved that theCity Clerk of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, directed to file in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of orange, State of
California, a copy of said plat appropriately designated, and
he is further ordered and directed to forward to the Superinten-
dent of Streets of the City of Anaheim a certified copy of said
report, assessment and plat, which is hereby finally confirmed,
adopted and approved.
The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim on the 13 - day of
