IN THE MATTER OF CLOSING UP AND ABANDONING AN 18 -FOOT ALLEY IN
THE SCENIC TRACT AND ALSO THE OPENING AND EXTENDING OF A 15 -FOOT
ALLEY IN SAID SCENIC TRACT.
RESOLUTION ORDERING NEW ASSESSMENT.
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM:
WHEREAS, the objection of F. B. Roberts to the con-
firmation of the commissioners report, assessment and plat, in
the above entitled matter was regularly set for hearing for the
23rd day of August, 1923, and was thereafter regularly continued
to this day of Apr-, 1923, and the said matter now
coming on regularly for hearing and having been duly considered
by the Board of Trustees of said City, and it appearing that a
new assessment of benefits and damages should be made in said
matter,
IT IS THEREFORE HEREBY ORDERED that said report,
assessment and plat be and the same is hereby rejected, and
said commissioners be and they are hereby ordered to make a new
assessment, report and plat in said matter.
6 The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim at meeting of the
