ing that notice inviting bids for the doing of said work was
duly and regularly published and given as required by law.
It is therefore resolved. that said Board of Trustees
hereby awards the contract for doinF said wor'l.1 and Lmprove
to the lowest resoonsible bidder, to-wit: Griffith Company, a
cor at tlie. I. - ) rices named. in said bid.
Be it further resolved t1iat the City Attorney be and
he hereby is instructed to pre the necessary contract for
said work.
