tion of a garage and, stable in t. city park. of the City of
Anaheim, as specified in a certain notice inviting bids dated
June 2-5, 11'23, which notice vxras duly ID'aC01i 1 ned in the A-naheim.
Daily Herald, as required by law, be and the same is hereby
accepted, and the City Attorne is instructed to prepare the
necessary papers.
Be it further resolved that all other bids for said
work be and the same are hereby rejected, and the Clerk is
hereby instructed to return all checks and bonds accompanying
said rejected bids.
The foregoing resolution was signed, attested and
