RESO1,UTION ACCEPTING BID,
RESOLVED BY T"F-E BOARD OF TRUSTETTS OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM, That the bid of South & Franzen for the
furnishing of all labor and material required for the construc-
tion of a swimming pool and bath house for the City of Anaheim,
as specified in a certain notice -inviting bids dated June 25,
1923, which notice vras duly p in the Anaheiy. Daily
Herald, as required by law, be and the same is hereby accepted,
and the City Attorney is instructed. to pre the necessary
papers.
Be it further resolved that all other bids for said.
work be and the same are hereby rejected, and the Clerk is
hereby instructed to return all checks and bonds accompanying
said rejected bids.
The foregoing, resolution was signed, attested and
