after inspection, investiFation, and- comparison, finds said bid
to be the lowest and best bid of a, responisble bidder for the
construction of Section 2 of the joint outfall sewer pipeline;
'resolved, that the Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim hereby, in. accordance with its reserved. rights to do so,
rejects all of the bids filed for the construction of Section 2
of the joint outfall sewer J-

awards the contract to said. C. E. Green for the construction of
Section 2 of the joint outfall sewer pipeline at the o c

named in his bid. The contract to be executed and delivered,

pon the bonds of the contrac-
tor to be executed Prior thereto.
The President of the Board of Trustees is hereby
authorized. and empowered to approve or reject any coroorate
surety offered and to sign in the name of the City and deliver
said. contract, countersigned by the Clerk, attested by the
corporate seal of the City of Anaheim.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and
