RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM: That, pursuant and subject to all the terms, conditions
and provisions of the Public Health Act of the State of Calif-
ornia, approved. ! 253, 1907, and all amendments thereto,
application by this city be made to the State Board. of Health
of the State of California for a , , - ,ermit to construct an outfall
sewer system, jointly with the Cities of Fullerton and, Orange,
to carry all sewage from said cities to the Pacific Ocean. Said
sewer system to connect with a joint outfali sewer system now
being constructed by the Cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim and Fuller
ton, permission for the construction of which latter sewer
system has heretofore 'been granted by the said State Board of
Health.
And be it further resolved that the President of said
Board -of Trustees be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the necessary data to be prepared and investigations

to be triade, and in the na-iiie of said city to sign and file such
application with the said State Board of Health.
