RESOLVED BY TFE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
SECTION 1. That t1e execution by the President and
by the Clerk of said Board of Trustees,on behalf of said City
of Anaheim, of a certain contract for the construction of a
joint outfall sewer between the Cities of Anaheim, Fullerton and
Orange, municipal corporations of the sixth. class, located in
the County of Orange, State of California, which contract is
dated June 14, 1923, and has heretofore been executed by the
Cities of Fullerton and Orange, be and the same is hereby
ratified and said. contract is hereby declared executed by the
City of Anaheim
SECTION 2. That the execution by the President and
by the Clerk of said Board of Trustees, on behalf of said City
of Anaheim, of a certain contract for the construction of a
joint outfall sewer between the Cities of Anaheim and Fullerton,
municipal corporations of the sixth class, located in the County
of Orange, State of California, which contract is dated June 14,
1923, and has heretofore been executed. by the City of Fullerton,
be and the same is hereby ratified and said contract is hereby
declared executed by the City of Anaheim.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved. and
