IN THE _,'TATTER OF THE JOINT OUTFALL SEIVER OF THE CITIES OF ANAHEIM,'
FULLERTON, AND ORANGE. �
R E S O L U T I O N
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM:
SECTION 1. That it be and is hereby determined and
declared that the construction of a joint outfall sewer by the
Cities of Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange, are munici-
pal corporations of the sixth class, in the County of Orange,
State of California, is necessary and will be for the best
interest and advantage of said. City of Anaheim.
SECTION 2. Be it further resolved that it will be

for the interest and advantage of the City of Anaheim to enter

!' into a joint agreement with the said Cities of Fullerton and

Orange authorizing and providing for the joint construction and

maintenance of such necessary outfall sewer outside of the

exterior boundaries of all such municipal corporations, and by
such joint agreement provide for the joint payment of the cost
and expenses of and for the joint use, benefit and maintenance
of such necessary outfall sewer, and upon such terms and con-
ditions and under such regulations as may be approved by the

Boardsof Trustees, as the respective legislative bodies,of
j, said respective cities.

Be it further resolved that the City of Anaheim shall
be and obliged to pay such proportionate part of the cost
of the construction of such necessary outfall sewer, at such
times and in such installments as may be provided for in said

joint agreement.

And be it further resolved that a certified copy of

this resolution be transmitted to and filed with the Clerks of

the said Cities of Fullerton and Orange.
