RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM:

SECTION 1. That whereas, on the day of March,
1923, said Board of Trustees, by resolution, rejected all bids
and proposals for furnishing certain electric light fixtures to
said city, in accordance with specifications therefor adopted
by said Board of Trustees on the 24th day of February, 1923,
marked and d@signated "Electric Light Fixtures for new City Hall
Building," and are on file in the office of the City Clerk of
said city.
SECTION 2. NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the
City of Anaheim does hereby declare and determine that, in its
opinion, said materials and supplies may be furnished at a lower
price in the open market, and that it is hereby ordered and
resolved that said materials and supplies be purchased in the
open market as provided by law.
